I’ve been in love with pyramids for a while now. They always make you sweat hard, without you realizing it, and the HIIT qualities make them great for heart health. While most use pyramids with body weight exercises, I’ve found that they’re a great way to mix up a run to keep me working hard, while having a lot of fun around the way.
