Flexible Running Circuit

Today, I had to make it a flexible workout during lunch, but it was a beautiful day outside.  In case you’re ever in a hurry, but need a great workout like me, the above is guaranteed to make you break a sweat, but allows you to also accomplish the heart rate variety that comes with a HIIT.

Make sure to pick some jammin’ tunes for this one so that you can rock out.  Not that I play favorites, but Michael Jackson radio on Pandora never lets me down!

      Thanks! As a person who actually hates running (I get bored), I’ve found that it breaks it up and gets me more excited for the next song so that I can rock out. 🙂
