Lower Body Burn Workout

Lately, I’ve been on a total lower body kick.  Squats for days, y’all!  While you can definitely do this workout without weights, I’ve added in the following weights to my workout:

– Squats to Reverse Lunges: 10-lb dumb bells

– Dead Lifts: 40 lbs

– Lateral Lunge / Knee Ups: 10-lb dumb bell

– Sumo Squats: 20 lbs
