With Summertime shorts season coming up, it’s time to put a bit extra attention onto our lower halves. In this workout, I‘ve combined together some of the best moves to tone and sculpt your legs, hamstrings, and glutes to get your booty poppin’ in no time! Make sure to push yourself and work past your mental boundaries. You’re working out for 30 minutes, so be sure to work up a sweat and make it worth it. Watch your knees, keep your chest up straight, and you’ve got this one!
