Summer Shoulders

Hey girls heeeeeeey!!  Happy Thursday, squad – hope you’ve had a great week thus far!


Lately, I’ve been on a shoulder kick.  My arms are sore, but I’ve only been willing to give my shoulders a one day rest before rockin out another dumbbell row or lateral raise.  In case you’re wanting to push for the shoulder groove with me (you know what I mean… that nifty little groove right below your shoulder that makes you look like a #badass), then check out the below to get involved in the fun!
