Usual lunchtime workout time, so I rocked pieces of a Pop Sugar workout.
I did my own warm up and skipped the core knowing I’ll be doing more of that coming up this weekend. While this looked simple, I pushed the full time and really got a good sweat on in under 40 minutes.
Also, THANKS GUYS, no one reminded me that I forgot the squat challenge yesterday!! So, since tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day, I’ve switched them up. I’M BACK ON TRACK, BEASTS!!
#TBT: TO THE SNOW NEVER STOPPING
Sorry kids, I’m pretty boring right now, because nothing is coming to mind except that the snow feels like it’s never stopping. And in my new Denver-world, that’s good thing!
Yep, that’s right, the “high country” has already gotten 17 inches, with more on the way! But, that being said, it could stop snowing downtown for a little while…
