WORKOUT

Today was back to a PopSugar workout.  I kept it basically the same, the rounds of each circuit prior to moving on to the next one.  The only adjustment was that I changed out the 180 jump squat for dead lifts – totally different, but I needed a little weight in my life.  In total with warm-up, etc, this took ~30 minutes.

FOOD

As meals for the past few days, I’ve been eating leftovers for lunches, and we’ve eaten dinner at restaurants much of the week due to my mom being in town and us celebrating with family and friends.

DIY BAILEYS

I’ve been asked by a few of you how to make my Baileys from Monday.  The recipe actually came from Ray’s mom, who is basically Martha Stewart.  Here’s how we made it (if I can do it, you can, too!):

2-3 cups of lite cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1-2/3 cups Irish Whiskey (don’t be afraid to add more)
1 via packet (coffee)
1-1/2 Tbsp choc. syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp coconut extract

mix together…makes 5 servings and his good for two months refrigerated

Yummin!  Hope you enjoy… and now we’re off to the drag queen show “Nutzkrackerz.”  Updates to come.  Have a great night! 😉
