Total Body Weight Circuit

As you guys know, I’ve been loving the 100 day workout challenge and adore the creativity that’s it’s allowed me across workouts and routines.  Circuits like the above have made me sweat like crazy, but fit in a crazy workout during the workday.

    Great circuit. I love that it hits all the major muscle groups. I’ve really been trying to incorporate more HIIT and circuits into my weekly workout routine now that I’m not running as much. I will definitely be giving this a try and let you know how it goes : )

      Please do! I’ve been on a total HIIT circuit kick lately – they get you working hard in no time flat! 🙂
