Even though I’m on my running kick, I’m loving mixing in my old reliable circuit workouts so that I can focus on building both muscle strength and endurance. Plus, the fact that I can get this one done quickly is ideal – we have two, great friends in town and the last thing I’m begging to do is spend extra hours in the gym.
