Kettle Bell Workout

For my loyal readers, y’all know that I love me some kettle bells.  These workouts make the calories fly and make you concentrate on good form using your stabilizing core.  Remember that kettle bells will feel different than traditional dumb bells, as their weight is far from evenly distributed.

    I’ve only worked out with kettle bells once in a class, but I prefer them to traditional dumb bells. It was such a great workout and I felt the kettle bells offered more variety then regular weights.

    I haven’t actually used them at the gym but I always see them. I just don’t want to pick them up and being something wrong! So that’s why I usually just pick up the Dumbbells haha

      Haha, that’s how I was for the longest time! I was a bit nervous about using them (especially in public) until I took some classes that utilized them for weight. Now I’m madly in love!! 🙂
