As y’all know, I’m a huge fan of speedy workouts that get the job done in a hurry.  It’s absolutely possible to get a great workout completed in a short period of time, while seeing results.  If you’re using one of these quick workouts, then stay focused and PUSH through each rep – you can’t half-a$$ the reps and expect the other 98% of your day to rock.  Stay hydrated and stay committed to the workout.  YOU GOT THIS!
