Full Body, No Equipment Workout

You guys know I love working out in the great outdoors.  But, when collecting a little Vitamin D and getting my sweat on at the same time, I usually try to avoid bringing out much equipment.  Below is a workout that I’m planning will take ~40 minutes.  Feel free to extend the breaks as much as needed and grab a sip of water whenever the time calls for it… STAY HYDRATED!
