Today’s workout was pyramid sprints. Run through this series for as many rounds as you have time for, but trust me – it’s much harder than it looks. Make sure to have a clock/timer handy (I used my iPhone.)

Warm up: 5 minutes
20 seconds – Normal Run
10 seconds – Sprint
20 seconds – Normal Run
20 seconds – Sprint
20 seconds – Normal Run
30 seconds – Sprint
20 seconds – Normal Run
40 seconds – Sprint
20 seconds – Normal Run
50 seconds – Sprint
20 seconds – Normal Run
60 seconds – Sprint
20 seconds – Normal Run
50 seconds – Sprint
20 seconds – Normal Run
40 seconds – Sprint
20 seconds – Normal Run
30 seconds – Sprint
20 seconds – Normal Run
20 seconds – Sprint
