I think I’ve been having a little bit too much fun at Free People lately. But when I dig through the clothes that I assume all will have a bohemian vibe to find the truth of the matter – I’m actually seeing updated versions of classic I love! Like my Little White Dress from last week, the pieces in this style are both familiar and creative. The coral button down has a slight sheerness that makes it feel edge, while the tie front brings out almost a nautical flare. The cargo pants are almost to an anklet length, but are soft and breathable enough for everyday in the Spring and Summer.
For this look, as with most pieces I style, I kept the accessories to a minimum. Popping on class Ray-Bans when the sun popped through the clouds, wearing simple post earrings from years ago, and wearing my always favorite nude pumps from Jimmy Choo.
This look is more than perfect for a day on the town, easily transitioning to a cooler night time ensemble without having to leave the rooftop terrace. Easy and breezy, this look (especially the button down) has become a staple for my everyday wear.
Just coming back from my Bachelorette party after an amazing time with friends and family, and I can’t wait to share the details. Relaxing and crazy, friendship and laughter, wine and good times… I could not ask for more than celebrating this amazing time in our lives than being surrounded by those we love most.
Even though it’s a Monday (or maybe BECAUSE it’s a Monday, I’d like to offer my champagne cheers to being surrounded by a community of powerful, positive men and women than put in effort to brighten the world around us. And that includes YOU. Let’s take this week, and this start of a new week, to motivate ourselves and those around us to be the best we can be, in whatever way that means to you.
