I know very few people that aren’t madly in love Great American Cookie Company’s cookie cakes – I mean, it’s a chocolate chip cookie cake, what’s not to love!? So when Ray’s mom offered this alternative recipe so that we could make it at home, I instantly bit at the chance! This was incredibly easy to make at home. We loved every bite, and I am certain Ray’s office mates are going to love the leftovers!
Ingredients
1 Box Vanilla Cake Mix
2 Egg
2 T Water
8 oz. Chocolate Chips
Frosting (optional – we prefer without)
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Put in a greased pan and spread evenly. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 15 minutes (I’d start checking around 15 minutes, but if you live at a high altitude like we do, then we had to go up to 30.) Top with frosting if you’d like.
The end!
