And with Thursday, we’re back to celebrating some of my favorite things from across this week!
A restaurant nearby uses wagon wheels in such unique ways. Using them as a unique, simplified divider continues to leave the space while open, while also keeping a space a bit more private.
We made two new Blue Apron dishes this week. The first was a Lamb and Risotto Style Ditilni Pasta…
…the second was Miso Roasted Chicken. Both were incredibly tasty!
We found the best view in Colorado! It’s at a spot called Piney River Ranch. HIGHLY recommend checking it out if you’ll be in Colorado.
On our hike last week, Ray and I found the ski slope where he proposed. If you pop into the Breckenridge area, check out the slope American. He proposed ~3/4 of the way to the top! (Which means that we hiked up a black diamond. #memorable.)
