My Thoughts on this Election
Well, we’re here. We’ve made it. Three debates, multiple yelling sessions, donations, and some happy stories, and we’ve finally made it to this year’s United States Presidential election.
No matter what you or I believe in terms of who should win, this time is always a great one to be an American. We are blessed with our democracy and system of checks and balances. I feel comfortable saying that America is a pretty great place to be and I feel strongly that will continue to be the case by the time my next post goes up on Wednesday.
I won’t spend much time on my thoughts on the election on the blog, but I will share the facebook live video that I created related to the election here. Don’t miss it, because I’m sure it will make you a bit more excited about this election than you might be today!
A I mentioned on Halloween, while I rarely prepare to dress for theme parties, I do make food that fits the part. And I decided that election day should be no different. So I played with my food and made my breakfast into an American flag. Maybe not the most creative meal that we’ve seen on the blog, but I think that we can all agree that it fits the theme perfectly.
Plus, it’s really super tasty. No complaints from my side!
