Weekly Favorites

I’ve decided to bring back an old favorite series of posts, my favorite findings from across the week!  Let me know your thoughts on these posts, because I’m willing to go with whatever YOU guys like best. :)

And, without further ado, your extra, weekly dose of positivity! (Sorry in advance, as this week is semi-wedding centric.  Whoops!)

7 2 15_1 The gorgeous ring holders I received as gifts from friends.  The giraffe is from a friend that came in town for the engagement (Anthropologie) and the clear with polka dots is from my girlfriends last week in South Beach (Kate Spade.)  Love!

7 2 15_2 If you have an iPhone, ask Siri, “What’s zero divided by zero?”  Her answer is hilarious!  If you don’t have an iPhone, then I bet you know somebody that does.

7 2 15_3 Ray’s family sent us a beautiful gift to celebrate our engagement and help us build out home.  The towel and pot holder are adorable and the “Happy Cards” are beautiful ways to share positive sentiments with friends and family!

7 2 15_4 If you’ve been reading a while, you know I stopped drinking coffee a long while back.  But something about the Summer just calls for a iced chai tea latte.  It was time. 🙂

7 2 15_7 We made another Blue Apron meal this week, a tasty salmon with a side of salad including pea shoots, shallots, quinoa, and all topped with some diced lemon.  Yummin!

7 2 15_6 Last, but certainly not least, my good friend from work Heidi knows that we’ve been struggling to find good venues (that post will come, I promise!)  So this week started with a bang when I walked in to this EXTREMLY helpful magazine and gorgeous card waiting for me on my desk!

What are you loving this week?  Spread the great word in the comments section below – I can’t wait to hear!

Create a great life!

I LOVE that giraffe ring holder, so cute!

Blue Apron is amazing, love their service. Makes cooking so much easier. But I will say they use a lot of packing that seems a little wasteful. But I guess it’s all recyclable.

Let the wedding planning begin 🙂

Right – and THEY FORGOT A CUCUMBER THIS TIME! How rude. Haha, totally didn’t change the dish at all, ha! We’re pretty picky about which weeks we choose to get, but I’ve never been disappointed. 🙂

I love that my younger niece is jealous that I “got to start school this week, and she didn’t.” haha 🙂 I told her she could take one of my classes, but it would probably have to be physical anthropology, because my behavioral profiling class came with a warning label…
