In this series, I highlight some of my favorite finds from across the week. Whether they’re informational links, awesome new products, or fun pictures, I hope you enjoy! If you’re interested in seeing past Weekly Favorites, check out past posts here.
These tips from BuzzFeed are super easy to follow and are definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for easy ways to incorporate fitness and health-focused decisions on a daily basis.
I saw this adorable picture on Pinterest and it led me to this fantastic blog. Bethany Haley Williams writes the blog and is the founder/Executive Director of Exile International. The organization helps to restore Africa’s former child soldiers and children orphaned by war. Her blog is incredibly inspirational and will make you want to make a difference in the world.
One of my favorite bloggers, Jessica Joy, wrote an amazing manifesto for her 31st birthday that is humble, inspiring, and empowering. Read it if you want to feel ready to take on the world.
A friend in Cincinnati randomly texted me asking me what area I lived near in Denver. When I asked what she was talking about, she sent me this link. While I absolutely don’t like to perpetuate stereotypes, pieces of this are fairly hilarious.
This picture is just a piece of perfection (try not to smile, I dare you.) The website is called Cute Overload and while it’s slightly nerdy… it is pretty cute (thus the name I guess…)

November 12, 2015 at 10:59 amThe tips are great too. Except the small bowl/plate never works for me unless I am eating at a restaurant. If I purposely eat off of a small plate at home all I can think about is how I am short changing myself lol!
HAHA! Love that! It sometimes does trick my mind, but I definitely get where you’re coming from. 🙂
November 12, 2015 at 12:08 pmIt does work when I’m out!
November 12, 2015 at 4:23 pmI loved the Age 31 Manifesto! That was great. Thank you for sharing! XO
