Mani/Pedi Color Combos

Let’s talk about the perks of the gig.  You know, the best part of getting a little dressed up.  Personally, one area where I find myself splurging from time to time is getting myself to the nail salon to get a quick, super relaxed manicure and pedicure.  But, with a wall full of Essie and OPI, what’s a girl to do?  Enter, my favorite color combinations for year-round fun!

One consistency that you’ll notice is that I love to stick to matching shades, typically with a brighter shade for my toes, while my hands get a muter tone that’s more appropriate for business and daily wear.  I also tend to stick to red tones when I’m thinking about year-round color.  Yes, I’ll have a navy blue or teal party on my hands from time to time, but I typically focus on those as more seasonal options, rather than as something I’d wear everyday.

Relaxing at Home (…or what I have on right now)

Fingers: Essie, Shop Till I Drop (I also love plain white polish on my hands and kind of regretted not getting it this time)
Toes: Essie, Clambake

When I’m not really getting ready for a specific event, I love to stick to matching shades, typically with a brighter (neon?) shade for my toes, while my hands get a muter tone that’s more appropriate for business and daily wear.
