Legs for Days

I’m feeling a little cold coming on, so I’ve been fairly committed to my hot yoga the past few days to sweat this guy out.  So it was only a matter of time until I got back to some strength training.

Due to my classes being focused on arms and balances (abs) the past few days, my legs were feeling a bit left out of the action.  This workout – not including warm up, cool down, and stretch – took around 30 minutes.  Add in some weights for a challenge.
