Two Thousand Sixteen

2016 was a year of new beginnings.  Ray and I got married, I turned Semi-Sweet Tooth into an actual business, I launched my first group confidence coaching offering Positively Confident (you can learn more here), and we bought our first home.  It’s been a whirlwind of a year and I can honestly say that no two days were alike.  With all of the adventure, this year has gone by faster I would have expected, but I cannot wait to see what the future holds.

Thank you, so much, for your continued love, support, and encouragement.  2016 has been a big year of change within Semi-Sweet Tooth and the strong community that we have here has left me excited to come to work every day.  You and I, we’re a team, and I know that we’ll be accomplishing big things and making the world a more confident, empowered, kind, and loving place in 2017 and beyond.

I’ll be back on January 4th with new content, including an amazing at home, no equipment workout and a how-to on setting manifestos that will make 2017 better than you can imagine.  Until then, keep up with me here on Instagram, where I am daily, and I’ll also be on Snap where you can find me here.  Have a happy and safe New Years Eve and I can’t wait to see you in 2017!

Here are some of my favorite shots from posts throughout this amazing year we call 2016:
