Denver Blogger Tea Party with Swoozies

Good morning and happy Monday, loves – we have quite the blogger event being shared below, but first a little weekend update!  We had a fantastic weekend travelling to Indianapolis for my cousin Karen’s wedding.  It was a blast to see the majority of my father’s side of the family and the wedding was absolutely gorgeous.  An intimate event that I’ll be recovering from for the next several days.

To start our week off without missing a beat, I’m highlighting an event I attended alongside several Denver bloggers and Swoozies at Coohills in downtown Denver.  Dressed in our Spring best, we were lucky enough to receive some new, monogrammed gear and celebrate the warm weather with laughs and champagne.

The girls that attended are all fellow bloggers, which made it even more fun to connect and relate with others in the business.  Definitely check out their blogs if you don’t follow them already!

Swoozies decorated our area of the restaurant in such an adorable fashion.  Perfect for the Springtime, everything was pink and green with amazingly tasty delicacies galore.  I loved every element of the party so much that I decided to go into the store a couple of days later and pretty much bought them out of stock purchasing everything from Bridesmaid gifts, to an additional little add on to my almost-completed Mother’s Day gift.

For this event, I decided against buying something new, rather wearing a dress that I’ve had for several years – I even wore this dress to my college graduation seven years ago!  Evidence that when you buy good quality, classic pieces, they can last forever.  Because it’s such a perfect piece for Spring days, I linked to some Spring dresses below that would be wonderful pieces to add to your collection – and all under $100!
